Return and Exchange Guidelines
To ensure your rights, please check the integrity of the outer packaging before unsealing. If the outer packaging is damaged, do not sign for it. Remember to record a video of the unboxing process and ensure the footage is clear.
Each item comes with a seven-day appreciation period (starting from the day of delivery, including holidays). The seven-day appreciation period is for considering the product and is not a trial period. If you need to return the product, it must be unused, in good condition, and with complete packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition.
The following situations are not eligible for return:
- Exceeding the seven-day appreciation period.
- Customized products (e.g., special ring sizes, styles, custom engraving, etc.).
- Products that have been opened and used, with obvious signs of human use or damage.
- Incomplete inner or outer packaging, or missing accessories or gifts.
Return and Exchange Process
If you need to process a return, please do so within the seven-day appreciation period from the day of product delivery and ensure the product and its packaging are intact. Products purchased online can only be returned through online shopping channels; in-store returns are not accepted.
